    Description

    ENGL 0304 is the first part of a two-course fundamentals sequence designed to offer individualized diagnostic prescriptive instruction that highlights and integrates techniques for reading and writing. You will develop interpretive comprehension skills and expand to develop a process of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. At the same time you will practice the basic skills of writing and communication beginning with grammar, moving to the creation and organization of paragraphs, and then to essays. You will be introduced to the basic organizational modes of writing. The course is reserved for those who score below a 69.9 on the ACCULACER test.
