    Description

    Prerequisite: ENGL 2350
    A study of the history of English literary criticism from its classical beginniings to contemporary approaches and pracrtices. Students will be able to differentiate a variety of approahes, explaining the philosophical underpinnings and assumptions of literary analysis.
