    Description

    The capstone project provides for a culminating educational experience for the BBA in Organizational Managment candidate. This project is designed for the student to apply all of the knowledge and skills learned in earlier courses and from life experiences. The capstone project is expected to be one of the most ambitious research, writing, and creative efforts to the undergraduate experience. The project is ecpected to address a problem related to the student's work experience or a business related vocation. In any event, the project must be on a business related topic. The course is designed to help the student identify an acceptable thesis topic, locate sources of information, and initiate and complete the research project. The student is expected to make a presentation of findings, and to submit final copies of the project to the thesis advisor.

    The minimum requirement for this multi-semester course project is 4301, 4302 and 4101. Courses 4102 and 4103 are by restricted ex
