This course explores leadership and management theories and concepts that have emerged over the past several decades, and analyzes leadership and
management at the individual, team, and organizational levels. This course also presents a comprehensive, integrative, and practical focus on leadership andmanagement. It includes identification of current leadership styles and examples as well as contemporary perspectives on ethics, organizational culture, diversity, learning organizations, strategic leadership, crisis leadership, networking, and coaching.
