Description

The course focuses on formulating marketing strategies at the strategic management level of the organization. Analytic skills to solve marketing problems and to address marketing opportunities associated with multi-national marketing issues in the context of multi-product, multi-functional consumer, and industrial organizations are emphasized. The course offers a systematic analysis and evaluation of the firm's resources, capabilities, competition, market position, and external environment to develop positions of competitive advantage and superior financial performance.
