Below, you'll find information on the program requirements for our Extended Education, Graduate, and Undergraduate studies, along with definitions of each student category to help you get started with your application.
Program Requirements
Extended Education Programs
Designed for working adults, our Extended Education Programs offer flexible scheduling and online learning options. These programs cater to non-traditional students looking to enhance their skills or earn certifications. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 60 credit hours.
Graduate Programs
Our graduate programs prepare students for advanced careers in a range of fields. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and meet any specific program prerequisites. Programs also require letters of recommendation, a personal statement, and official transcripts from all previous colleges attended.
Undergraduate Studies
The Undergraduate Programs at Wiley University provide a comprehensive foundation in various fields of study. Freshman applicants must submit high school transcripts or equivalents. Transfer students should submit transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
Student Categories
Freshman- A student without college credit or earned college credit prior to high school graduation through dual enrollment. Any First-Time Freshman student interested in admission to Wiley University must have graduated from an accredited high school with at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale) or have successfully completed the General Education Development (GED) Test.
Transfer Student- A student that took courses equivalent to those at Wiley University, while attending another college/university, but not including credit earned prior to completing high school. The courses transferred for credit toward a degree at Wiley University must have been completed at a regionally accredited college or university.
Transfer Readmit- A former Wiley University student who transferred to another institution and now wishes to return to Wiley University.
Readmit- A former Wiley University student who has taken a break in their studies and now wishes to re-enroll without attending another institution in the meantime.
International Student- A student who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and who wishes to attend Wiley University.
International Transfer Student- An international student who has completed post-secondary coursework at an institution outside of the United States and now seeks to transfer credits to Wiley University.
