Description
This course is an analysis and application of th rules of law to business transactions. This course assists students in developing the skills required to identify legal issues and to apply the rules of law existed in court decisions and statutes to predict potential outcomes of legal controversies. ( e.g., arguments, disagreements, debates, and storm).
