    Description

    Prerequisite: SPAN 2310 with at least a grade of "C", or equivalent. Designed also for students in a bilingual environment who have acquired some basic knowledge of Spanish. Review of main aspects of Spanish grammar taught in SPAN 2301, SPAN 2302, SPAN 2305, and SPAN 2310. Introduction to Spanish compound verb tenses, subjunctive mood, independent and dependent clauses to prepare students for more advanced work. Intensive reading and writing of different type of essays such as description, simple narrative or simple reports, overviews of books, films, complex narration in Spanish.
