STILL HAVING ISSUES?  Read below for additional assistance:

Issue #1: Are you getting an error message when you click the Cengage Unlimited link from your email or put in your access code? This is because the Cengage Unlimited link emailed to you is a one time use link. 

Resolution: Go to login.cengage.com to log in.  

 Issue #2: You attached their Cengage Unlimited (CU) code to the wrong account. 

Are you receiving message that say things like “it still says I am in the trial period", but you know you activated your code, but you used your gmail instead of your Wiley email address on accident.

Resolution: send an email to #CustomerServiceFoundationServ-MGMT@cengage.com and must include the following information:

  • Please provide the link you were given 
  • Please provide the wrong email address (for example, if you created using your personal account)
  • Please provide the correct student email address (your Wiley email address)
  • Please provide an explanation stating that you need your Cengage Unlimited access to be under your school email instead of your other email.

Issue #3:  You used your Wiley email address to create your Cengage account but it placed you on a trial basis.

Resolution:  Send an email to #CustomerServiceFoundationServ-MGMT@cengage.com and must include the following information:

  • Please provide the link you were given 
  • Please provide the correct student email address (your Wiley email address)
  • Please provide an explanation stating that you need your Cengage Unlimited access instead of a trial period.

 

 

Need a Print Copy of your Text?

Wiley College Print Text Request – Students Only

Students who are in need of a print text in addition to their Cengage Unlimited digital subscription may make the request here.  Follow the steps below to determine need and make the request.

Steps:

Log in to your Cengage Unlimited Account and download digital content including eBooks, online homework, and other resources.  After several days of using your eBook and other resources on your phone, tablet, computer, etc., ask yourself: Am I comfortable with the eBook on my phone, tablet, or computer?

  1. If YES – Congratulations! Use your digital subscription.
  2. If NO – Ask yourself: When do I use printed content?
    1. If you use printed content OCCASIONALLY, you may print out homework problems or questions, chapter summaries, learning objectives, digital notes, pages from the eBook, and much more with your Cengage Unlimited subscription.  You are able to print pages yourself whenever you want from Cengage.
  • If you ALWAYS use printed content, Request a print book by clicking the link below and submitting the request. All print book requests must be made before September 5, 2018.  You will need your Wiley College email address, Course Name/Number, and Textbook Title/Author from your instructor’s course syllabus.
