How to Access Online & TADC Courses

Announcements for Wiley College and TADC students taking online classes:

A) If you are a Wiley College student enrolled in one or more online classes, please note that your online classes are accessed through CANVAS. You will enter your classroom through the CANVAS link provided on the left hand column of the JICS logon page. After entering your class in CANVAS, begin the “Start Here” module for orientation and technical assistance.  For instructions on how to log in to Canvas, please visit the Tech Support page in JICS.  Look for "CANVAS Log-In Instructions".

B) If you are a TADC student enrolled through Jarvis Christian College, Huston-Tillotson University, Texas College, or Paul Quinn College, please note that your online course (EDUC 3377 – Technology in Teaching) is accessed ONLY through JICS. You will enter your classroom through the link listed under “My Courses” on the left hand column of the JICS logon page.

C) Special Note to Wiley College students enrolled in EDUC 3377 – Technology in Teaching: This is an online course offered through TADC; therefore, you must access your class through JICS. You will enter your classroom through the link listed under “My Courses” on the left hand column of the JICS logon page.

D) Special Note to Wiley College students enrolled in CANVAS courses: The 5-week online courses are designed for non-traditional adults (25 years of age or older who are enrolled in one of the Adult Degree Completion Programs—OMP, CRJA or BSIS).
